Privacy Policy
Effective May 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Roundtable ML, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating the service "Website Karaoke" at www.websitekaraoke.com (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information about you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we do
Website Karaoke is a paid creative service. You give us your website URL, a music-genre preference, and any optional notes; we produce a short karaoke-style music video (an MP4) based on your homepage copy and deliver it to the email address associated with your order.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us at checkout
- Order inputs: the website URL you submit, music-genre preferences, and any free-text notes you choose to provide.
- Identity & billing: your name, email address, billing address, country, and (where applicable) tax/VAT identifiers.
- Payment data: card or other payment details. These are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank account details.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, request timestamps, and pages visited, retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies: limited, essential cookies used to operate the checkout flow. We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking trackers.
2.3 Information we generate
- The karaoke video MP4 we produce for you, plus internal metadata (order number, Stripe session ID, lyrics drafts).
3. How we use information
- To deliver the Service — build your video, send confirmation and delivery emails, and provide customer support.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
- To improve the Service. Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used internally to refine quality.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your order content to train third-party AI models without your consent.
4. Sub-processors and third parties
To operate the Service we share the minimum necessary information with the following sub-processors:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, invoicing, and tax handling. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (order confirmations and updates). See Resend's privacy policy.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and request logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- AI music providers — we use third-party AI music generation services to compose audio. We pass only the lyric prompt and genre selection; we do not pass your billing identity.
5. Where data is stored
We are based in the United States. Your information is processed in the U.S. and in regions operated by the sub-processors listed above. By using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the U.S.
6. Retention
- Order records and invoices: retained for at least 7 years to satisfy U.S. tax and accounting requirements.
- Delivered videos: kept on our storage for at least 90 days from delivery so we can re-send on request, then may be deleted.
- Marketing emails: we currently do not run a marketing list. If we add one in the future, you will be able to opt out at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict our processing of your information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email naveh@jyper.ai.
- EEA / UK residents: our legal bases are contract performance (delivering the video you ordered), legitimate interest (security and service improvement), and legal obligation (tax records).
- California residents: we do not "sell" personal information as defined under the CCPA.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS-encrypted transport, scoped API keys, and least-privilege access to the systems that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and posted on this page.
